The Hubris was designed to be an all-purpose main battle tank to be feared by any that crossed it, and in a sense it has succeeded at that. Although not fast by any stretch of the imagination, it mounts a fearsome 52 tons of weaponry with which to tear down its opponents.
The majority of this weaponry is mounted on the turret, and focuses on 2 Class-10 LBX Autocannons with 4 tons of ammo. These primary weapons are backed up by a Large Laser and 2 10-tube LRM racks for long-range combat. For short-range combat and defense against smaller vehicles and infantry it carries 2 front-mounted SRM-6 systems and 1 Small Laser on each side of the tank. |
