The DST-1SW Duster was created by Silver Wolf 
Industries to be an all-purpose general combat 'Mech.  
Although not excelling in any one area, this 'Mech can 
prove useful in almost any situation.  Furthermore, its lack 
of a highly expensive and difficult to maintain XL engine 
make it a very economical and long-lasting 'Mech.  It is 
mostly found in mercenary units, who value its general 
purpose design and its economical features.

Capabilities:
Although the Duster is unlikely to overpower most other 
'Mechs in its weight class, it is capable of entering combat 
at any range.  It mounts an LBX-5 in its left arm for 
long-range combat, giving it decent stopping power even 
out to long ranges.  Medium- and short-range combat, 
however, is where this 'Mech really shines.

The main armament of the Duster is a standard PPC 
found in its right arm.  This weapon, capable of stripping 
entire tons of armor off in one blast, is feared even by 
Assault-class 'Mechs.

Backing up this rather fearsome main weapon is a 
plethora of medium- and short-range weapons, the 
heaviest of which is a Large Laser in its left arm.  This is 
followed by a Medium Laser in the right arm  and a 4-tube 
SRM system in the left torso.  Finally, the Duster mounts 5 
Machine Guns sharing a half-ton of ammunition in its left 
torso for anti-infantry purposes.
